He doesn't care from whence the vote comes. A person need not cast a vote for any good or well thought out reason, as long as Donald gets that vote. And you help make certain that every one of those people know who to vote for to show that they COUNT for something too. And you don't even wait to get paid for it. Oh wait. You DO get paid for it. You make sure that you provide better photos, or more photos, better 'coverage' so everyone can see what a devil he is - everyone that buys your paper, your magazine, your TV or cable clip.

Does it ever once occur to you that if you only mentioned the fact that he did whatever it was, then moved on to a real topic that hadn't been covered and the surrounding questions, that you'd be closer to performing the civic duty expected of a strong press. You fail miserably at showing us what we are missing because of this calamity of a circus.

Are the citizen issues important? No, apparently not. Are the issues he maligns important? Not as important as his lies about them. Are there rational, reasoned discussions to be had from other candidates? Guess not. You don't tell us about those things as often or as delightfully as you cover 'The Donald' because he showed that he knows who enjoys his performance. He knows who will reward him for his bombast. And you crave their approbation too. He knows which people neither know nor care whether statements support civility or consequence. He shows with other politicians, rivals, that he can buy another's self respect. He proves with you that he need not buy it. He shows willingness to charge dearly for even the witness to its destruction.

You give, with faint or false reference to civic responsibility or democratic behavior, redundant witness for a mere hope of participation in his notoriety. You pay to do all that he demands and much that he merely wishes. You bear witness to his theft of respectability, but fail to bare his methods or his purpose.

The magician dazzles. The clown wins! We hang (that's a death sentence) because what you give us is unbalanced.
