Knowing is not enough, even if it is really knowing. One can be forgiven... or maybe not, for believing that these mistakes of behavior, these entertainments of scandal and inequality will, by themselves, fall harmlessly by the wayside of a stumble toward good government. Even good religion, Christian, Hindu, Jewish, whatever, requires practice. Why then wouldn't good government.
If Democratic policy is indeed better than Republican policy, then it needs to stand up and crow so. Hints aren't enough; nor is equanimity! Truth, if there is such, needs to be as easily found as lies, or it'll find less exposure by leaders or followers. Followers, particularly, need light. Light is produced by the fires of Hell as well as the light of Heaven. Followers need to go more than they need to know; look at the various species of Republican followers for proof.
